Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective from: 06-06-2025

Applies to: All services offered by Medical Match Pvt. Ltd. via www.medicalkundali.com and Medical Kundali Foundation initiatives.

1. General Terms

Medical Kundali is a service-based health profiling product, not a physical item. Once testing or digital processing has begun, no full refund will be issued. Any misuse, false information, or impersonation voids refund eligibility.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Time - Refund Eligibility
Within 2 hours of payment and before lab scheduling - 100% refund (after Rs.200 processing fee deduction)
After 2 hours but before sample collection - 50% refund
After sample collection or questionnaire submission - Not eligible for refund
Note: Partner Match Report cancellation follows the same policy if both parties haven't submitted questionnaires or samples.

3. Service Failure Refunds

If Medical Match Pvt. Ltd. or its lab partner fails to:
- Collect samples on scheduled date (without rescheduling in 3 days), or
- Deliver report within 10 business days (without prior notice),
- A full refund will be offered upon request.

4. CSR/Institutional Bookings

For bulk bookings through colleges, NGOs, or CSR partnerships:
- Cancellations after invoice generation but before event execution - 80% refund.
- Cancellations after logistics setup or lab mobilization - No refund, but rescheduling is permitted.

5. Rescheduling

- Users may reschedule their sample collection once without any penalty, at least 24 hours in advance.
- Further reschedules attract a Rs.250 administrative charge.

6. Mode of Refund

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via original payment mode.
- Users must provide valid account/payment details in case original method fails.
